How does the free trial work?

New subscribers get 7 days of Pro free. When the trial ends, the plan you chose starts automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Food guides stay free either way.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then BabyLedBites, and choose Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.

I've paid, but the app doesn't show Pro

In the app, go to Profile, then Manage Membership, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you subscribed with. This also works on a new phone.

I have a code from a creator

In the app, go to Profile, then Manage Membership, and tap Redeem a code. Apple shows you the offer and its terms before you confirm.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile and tap Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and your children's profiles, food journal, meal plans and shopping lists. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an Apple subscription, so cancel that first in Settings.

How do allergies work?

Add your child's allergies to their profile, and BabyLedBites hides the foods and recipes that contain them, based on their ingredients. It covers 12 common allergens. Always check product labels, and talk to your baby's doctor before introducing allergens if you're unsure.

Can I add more than one child?

Yes. Each child has their own profile, allergies, food journal and meal plan, so twins and siblings each get their own.

Is BabyLedBites medical advice?

No. It's general information to help you plan and serve meals. Always supervise your baby while they eat, and talk to your baby's doctor about allergies or any health concerns.
